The Mane Edit doesn't have a Great Falls hair salon location. Our only salon is at 444 W Broad St in the City of Falls Church.
Great Falls isn't on the Metro, so driving is the practical choice. If you're already near Tysons, the Silver Line runs from there to East Falls Church.
