SALON POLICIES

At The Mane Edit, we are dedicated to delivering a refined and personalized experience for every guest. To ensure a smooth and respectful environment for both clients and stylists, we kindly ask that you review the following policies prior to your visit.

Booking & Appointments:


• All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card at the time of booking.


• First-time guests may be asked to complete a digital consultation form before scheduling.


• In-person consultations are required for extensions, corrective color, and major transformations.


Cancellations & Rescheduling:


• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.


• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.


• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.


• Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may impact your ability to book future services.

Punctuality:

  • To ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests, we offer a 15-minute grace period for scheduled appointments.

  • If you anticipate being late, we kindly ask that you contact the salon as soon as possible. Arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period may result in a modified service or the need to reschedule.

Payments:

• We accept all major credit cards and select digital payment methods.


• All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days so we may address your concerns appropriately.

Extension & Color Services:

• All new extension install services require a consultation before booking.


• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure extension installation appointments.


• Custom color services are priced based on technique, time, and product usage. A personalized quote will be provided prior to beginning your service.

Service commitment:

  • If you wish to change or downgrade your scheduled service (e.g., from a color service to just a haircut), we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer that time to another guest.

  • Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to the originally booked service charge.
    This ensures fairness to our stylists and protects the business from lost service time.
